A.C. Cleaning Supplies Pty Limited (ABN: 88 002 228 864) reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

General

The information provided on this Site, including but not limited to pricing, product details and terms of use, may change without notice. By using the Site after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated information and rules.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by A.C. Cleaning Supplies Pty Limited.

  • Prices may vary if there are supplier price changes or errors.

  • Some products listed are supplied directly from manufacturers. If an item is obsolete or discontinued, we will notify you and provide a refund.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur shipping and handling charges.

  • Cancellations of assembled systems or special orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • You must notify A.C. Cleaning Supplies immediately by email if goods are received damaged or faulty.

  • Claims made outside a reasonable timeframe may not be accepted.

Items on Order

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation for in-stock items.

  • If items are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Backorders

  • Not all items listed online are held in stock, and backorders may occur.

  • If your order includes both stocked and non-stocked items, stocked items will be sent immediately, and backordered items will be shipped when available at no extra freight charge.

  • If you do not wish to receive backorders, please advise us when placing your order.

  • Backordered items may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Service.

Freight and Delivery

  • We only deliver within the Sydney Metro area.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or interstate locations.

  • Hazardous goods are not shipped outside the Sydney Metro area.

  • A freight and handling charge of $25 + GST applies to all orders (pallets and dangerous goods may incur additional costs).

  • Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Warranty

  • All goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

  • Commercial cleaning machinery generally includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranties are not transferable to third parties.

  • Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects only. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

  • Leads, hoses and tools are not covered under warranty.
