  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST may be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days within metropolitan areas. Regional and remote locations may take longer.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to carrier delays outside our control.
  • We only offer shipping to customers within NSW, Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
  • Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking

  •  We do not provide order tracking with freight. If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
  • We are not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect addressing, redelivery fees will apply.

International Shipping

  • At present, we only ship to NSW, Australia.
